A digital campaign that made routine car care feel simple and rewarding, combining easy service scheduling, maintenance tracking, and loyalty perks in one seamless Meineke experience.
Challenge
Meineke Car Care needed a connected brand experience that made routine vehicle maintenance easier to manage while giving customers a stronger reason to come back. The work called for a customer-first digital ecosystem and a campaign platform that could carry across every touchpoint.
Solution
I led brand creative across the UI/UX design of a new website and loyalty app, creating a more intuitive path for scheduling service, tracking maintenance, and earning rewards. In parallel, I helped launch the “On With Life” campaign, translating the platform into a cohesive multichannel rollout across print and digital. The result paired strategic brand storytelling with practical customer experience design, bringing consistency, utility, and momentum to the Meineke brand.
